This year, because of the small size of the Academy bank account, it was deemed advisable to abandon the public address by an imported speaker. Fortunately there will be no hiatus in our program because of the absence of an address delivered by an outsider. Professor Calvin, a charter member of the Academy, has been prevailed upon to give his lecture on The Ice Age in Iowa, which will conclude our program.
