This type of politics demonstrates a lack of clear thinking and little regard for the Canadian environment or economy.This document proposes radical changes that could significantly improve the lives of Canada’s citizens. It would be the authors’ objectives that, as the country celebrates its 200th anniversary, which the “Colonial Fiefdom” mentality would have been eliminated entirely. A Canadian citizen’s first loyalty is to the Country and only then to the Province.Max Chernetsov and Brian Dowse are both Civil Engineers and immigrants to Canada. Between them, they have over 65 years of practice in North America, Europe, Africa, Asia and South America with the majority of their experience in Canada working on a wide variety of Projects from Newfoundland to British Columbia as well as in the Canadian Arctic.
