Thomson, m.e., who was in charge of the cases, reports that the temperature, pulse and respirations were recorded and taken personally immediately before injection in each case. He notes the following as results following the injection of the serum - Fall of temperature in many cases, fewer complications, lessening of the delirium. No improvement in the general condition of the patients could be seen, and the inﬂamed glands were certainly not favourably affected.
