Patient had had a series Of severe convulsions, followed by a coma and cheyne-stokes respiration.Summary Of Clinical History - Total duration Of illness, June, 1909, to January, 1907, - 4% years.Principal Symptoms: Progressive enlargement Of jaw, nose, ears, hands and feet. Persistent frontal head aches, and attacks of vertigo. Gradually increasing loss of vision, ending in double Optic nerve atrophy and practically complete blindness. Recurrent epileptiform attacks. Glycosuria for twenty-two months.For the present purpose, only the significant features Of the post-mortem findings need be given.The body was that of a large, well-developed and well-nourished male, about kilos in weight.
